Martin is a British teacher from a beautiful city called Newcastle upon Tyne, which has 2 well known universities within the city. He graduated from the University of Central Lancashire with an honors degree in English Language and Linguistics. Martin has 2 TEFL certificates, and is presently studying for his PGCE and QTS from the UK. He has lived and worked in China for 10 years; 2 years of which were in Wuhan University of Science and Technology and 7 years in Beijing working at Beijing Minzu and Financial Street Primary schools. As a teacher, he has unrivaled levels of enthusiasm and passion for his students’ progress and future success. He has rich experience in teaching and developing education programs in various disciplines. Martin enjoys extreme sports such as skydiving, bungee jumping, caving and scuba diving. He loves superheroes and is an avid fan of all things Marvel. He loves Chinese culture and people, and enjoys staying and working in China.

从上个学期开始，成都王府校区的学生们每周都能享受北京王府的卫星外教课。北京总校的专业教学团队根据成都校区学生的实际情况“量身定制”了精彩的主题课程。外教富有激情的教学得到了学生们的喜爱，极大地激发了他们的学习兴趣和对知识的渴求。从首都北京到美丽的蓉城成都，从北京王府总校到成都王府分校，卫星信号不仅架起了两地师生沟通的桥梁，拉近了双方的距离，更点燃了孩子们的求知火种和对国际理解教育的探索与渴望。

On Sept 10th, the long-awaited satellite course was started this semester. The foreign teachers’ exquisite and interesting teaching expression, open-question guidance, as well as short and profound modern stories, brought students a series of authentic English learning curriculum. Since last semester, our students have been able to share satellite foreign teacher lectures with students from BRS every week. The experienced teaching team of BRS has specially designed wonderful themed courses based on the actual situation of students in our campus.
