起步就是冲刺，为了解教师课堂教学的真实情况，合力共育，形成管理干部齐抓共管、狠抓教学工作的格局，进而提高课堂教学效率，提升课堂教学质量。成都王府学校本着“以研促教，共同提高”的思想，以“管理干部进课堂”为起点，开启本学期的教学管理工作，这是我校为打造高效课堂实施的一项常态化教研活动。

    面对新课标，面对“双减”政策，唯有不断实践，不断探讨，方能出真知，见实效，相信随着“管理干部进课堂”的不断开展，我校教师队伍在专业化道路上会更进一步，形成“人人关注课堂教学、人人服务课堂教学、人人研究课堂教学”的良好氛围。

    To understand the real situation of classroom teaching, form a pattern of joint management of administrative cadres, pay close attention to the pattern of teaching work, and then improve the quality of classroom teaching.  In line with the idea of “promoting teaching by listening”, our school starts the teaching management work from the point of 'administrative cadres entering the classroom'. We believe that with the continuous development of such point, our teachers team will make further progress on enhancing professional skills.
