在座谈中，管小波校长详细介绍了成都王府的校园文化，并从教育管理的组织塑造、愿景方向、激励机制、教学管理、重视素质教育、家校共育等多方面讲述了近几年成都王府的变革与发展。与此同时，方铭琳博士对管校长在思想建设、文化营造、家校共育、学校治理、师生成长赋能、民办政策的深度领会与管理机制的深度创新表示高度肯定，并对成都王府的快速发展表示赞赏。

On March 5, 2023, Dr. Fang Minglin, Director of Development Research Office of National Institute of Education Sciences, visited our school.
